Refund policy
We have a no refund policy once an order has been shipped. Items may also not be returned for a refund. Shop owner is not responsible for items damaged in transit or due to shipping mishaps.
To be eligible for a refund, your order must be cancelled before you receive notification that is has been shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item was damaged in transit, we are not responsible.

Exchanges
There are no exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you if/when a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
